For your child's Islamic education, Studio Arabiya Institute is here to help! We are launching our Online Islamic Summer Program to offer you and your child a safe and convenient way to continue their Islamic learning in a fun, interactive and meaningful way.

Our Summer Program is organized in small age-based groups with a teacher - all online from the safety and comfort of your home. Each group will meet daily and cover subjects in Quran, Arabic and Islamic Studies.

If you need any assistance during the enrollment process, our Live Student Support is here to help: just click on the live chat icon at the bottom right corner of the website or the upper left corner of the portal.

How the Summer Program Works

Studio Arabiya's term-based Summer Program will give your child a quality, consistent and interactive Islamic education program for the summer so that they will not regress in their learning or understanding while school is out. With a daily class from Monday through Friday that cover Arabic, Quran and Islamic Studies, your child will look forward to learning with their teachers and interacting with peers while building their confidence in and love for their Islamic education insha'Allah. Classes are held through our online Learning Management System, where you will be able to clearly see the goals of the course, have your child attend their live classes, assess their progress through assignments and exams, and earn a certificate upon completing a course.

How do I enroll my child?

Click on the "Enroll Now" button. This will take you to the enrollment page to create your free portal account. If you already have an account, you can skip this step and go straight to your portal account.

Once in your account, click 'Add a Course' and select the Summer Program group you want to enroll your child in (groups are by age). After enrolling, you will be added to the class, which will open on the first day of the new term.

My child is not available to take class at that time. Do you have other times available?

For our Summer Program, we offer two options: morning classes (9-9:45 am CST) and afternoon classes (6-6:45 pm CST). You will need to choose one option for all classes.
Since our Summer Program is made of group classes, we cannot make individual times. If the schedules don't work for you and your child, we suggest that you enroll them in our online one-on-one classes which are available 24/7.

Additional Note on Class Timings:

Classes are on scheduled times from Monday through Friday. If, for any reason, a class needs to be rescheduled or a schedule needs to be adjusted, students will be notified ahead of time.

When is the registration deadline?

Registration closes seven days after the term's first day of class. Please refer to our Academic Calendar to find out when each term starts.

How many children are enrolled in each group?

Our Summer Program classes have between 10 and 15 students enrolled in each age group.

What is the language of instruction?

For the Arabic track, while some explanations for coursework and homework might be given in English especially in the Beginner and Elementary levels, our teachers use Arabic as the main language of instruction, relying on images and animations when needed to help your child learn and understand. For the Quran and Islamic Studies tracks, although key terms related to each subject will be given in Arabic, English will be the main medium of communication and Arabic terms will be translated or explained.

There are different Summer Program groups. How do I know which one to choose for my child?

Our Summer Program is based on age. We currently offer three groups: 7-8 years old, 9-11 years old and 12-16 years old. Please enroll your child in the group that matches their age as of the first day of class (see term dates in the Academic Calendar).

What if my child is in the wrong level?

Once the class begins, if you find that the class material is too difficult or too easy for your child, our scheduling team will work with you to look into moving them to a different class that is more suitable.

Once my child has completed a course, will they get a certificate?

Yes! Upon course completion, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your child's certificate has been added to their online portal account.

Tuition for the Summer Program is billed on a term basis.  The tuition fees are due upon the first class date and include your online account with all its features, access to learning materials, and daily live video sessions with their teachers.

The tuition fee (shown above next to each group option) is per student and per term.
