Who are the Semester Group Classes?

Our Semester Group Classes are specifically designed for adults with busy lifestyles who want to deepen their knowledge and understanding or Arabic, Quran and Islamic Studies at a faster rate, with a time-bound course.  Each semester, we offer different levels so that you can continue your progress.

The teacher will assign homework throughout the week and the class will have exams and quizzes.  Your online portal account will also give you access to online learning materials, such as flashcards, listening practices, videos, and curriculum.

How do I enroll?

Click on the "Enroll Now" button. This will take you to the enrollment page to create your free portal account. If you already have an account, you can skip this step and go straight to your portal account.

Once in your account, click 'Add a Course' and select the course(s) you want to enroll in. After enrolling, you will be added to the class, which will open on the first day of the new term.

I am not available to take a group class at that time. Do you have other times available?

For the group classes, we cannot make individual times. If this schedule doesn't work for you, we suggest that you enroll in one-on-one classes.

Additional Note on Class Timings:

Classes are on scheduled times throughout the week and some courses might have different class options. If, for any reason, a class needs to be rescheduled or a schedule needs to be adjusted, students will be notified ahead of time.

When is the registration deadline?

Registration closes seven days after the semester's first day of class.

How many students are enrolled in each group?

Most of our group classes have a maximum of 10 students enrolled. Islamic studies classes average about 15 students.

What is the language of instruction?

For the Arabic track, while some explanations for coursework and homework might be given in English especially in the Beginner and Elementary levels, our teachers use Arabic as the main language of instruction, relying on images and animations when needed to help you learn and understand. For the Quran and Islamic Studies tracks, although key terms related to each subject will be given in Arabic, English will be the main medium of communication and Arabic terms will be translated or explained.

I would like to enroll in multiple group classes. Can I do that?

Of course! We have designed our group classes in a way that is flexible and convenient. You can enroll in all tracks (one level at a time) or select only one or two tracks if you want to focus on one or two specific subjects for instance.

What if I end up in the wrong level?

Once the class begins, if you find that the class material is too difficult or too easy, our scheduling team will work with you to move you into a different class that is more suitable.

Once I have completed a course, will I get a certificate?

Yes! Upon course completion, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your certificate has been added to your online portal account.
Tuition for the Homeschool Program is billed on a term basis.  The tuition fees are due upon the first class date and includes your online account, access to learning materials, and daily live video sessions.

The tuition fee (shown above next to each course) is per student and per course.
Note: Class schedules are subject to change, depending on availability of teachers and enrollment.  In some cases, students may be moved, with prior notification, to a different class, if a class does not meet enrollment requirements.
