Abu Umamah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "Read the Qur'an, for it will come as an intercessor for its reciters on the Day of Resurrection."

1. Establish a clear intention for connecting to the Quran.
2. Keep reminding yourself that with Allah's help, you can achieve a close connection with the Quran.
3. Be consistent in your journey.
4. If you read the Quran, it will be your intercessor on the Day of Judgment.
5. Reflecting and contemplating on the Quranic Verses will give you a deeper understanding of Islam.
6. Quran will be a source of Barakah and blessing in this life.
7. Create bonds and friendships with people who are attached to the Quran.
8. If your heart is sincerely attached to the Quran; the limbs, tongue, and body will follow suit in this attachment.
9. Whoever reads a letter from the Book of Allah, he will have a reward, and this reward will be multiplied by ten.
10. Make Dua' to Allah that he makes the path of learning, reciting and understanding the Quran easy for you.
